Wiggle WIggum

A large, smiling police officer in a blue uniform dances in the center of a room with a red ceiling and blue tiled floor, moving his arms and legs rhythmically while a crowd of onlookers watches. The crowd, including a woman with a shocked expression who brings her hands to her face, reacts with surprise and alarm to the officer's dance.
