a man or a mouse

A person in a dark jacket stands in a snowy outdoor setting, then moves indoors, where a cat's face is superimposed over their head. The scene cuts to a dark room with a couch, then to a red-tinted image of a cat sitting, as red text in Russian appears on screen, identifying the cat as the main character.
