Two uniformed officers kneel beside a white dog lying on a wet pavement, with one officer using a device on the dog while the other holds it; the scene then cuts to two firefighters in full gear running forward, carrying equipment. The setting is an outdoor area with a red and white fire truck and trees in the background.
