Beware of dog

A small dog in a light-colored outfit stands on a tiled floor, attached to a thick metal chain held by a man in a patterned robe and cap, who stands at a counter in a retail store; the man holds a small object in his other hand while a woman behind the counter interacts with him, and the dog remains mostly stationary throughout the loop.
