A woman with exaggerated facial features and a large gap in her front teeth is superimposed on the left side of the frame, while a young man stands on the right. The man, initially looking at the camera, brings his hand to his mouth and then makes a disgusted face as the woman's expression changes to a grimace. The scene is set outdoors with a building in the background.
