Schizo

A stick figure fisherman in a nurse's cap sits on a crescent moon, reeling in a smaller, bound stick figure on a fishing line, which is then shown being pulled into the moon's mouth; the fisherman's face is revealed, he gives a thumbs-up, and the scene ends with a close-up of his face.
