Suddenly

A man in black athletic wear repeatedly punches a tall, black, cylindrical punching bag in a gym with red and blue floor mats. He steps forward with his right leg, throws a series of jabs and hooks, and then steps back, causing the bag to swing back and forth. In the background, another person is visible sitting on a mat.
