I am speed!

A large, muscular man in a white and red athletic uniform runs across a racetrack, holding a blue gun, while a small, thin man in a purple outfit stands at the finish line emitting red laser beams from his eyes. The scene takes place on a racetrack with a stadium in the background, and the sequence loops as the man in the uniform approaches the finish line.
