A grotesque, monstrous creature with multiple eyes, exposed brain, and a wide, toothy maw stands in a public restroom with blue tiled walls and urinals. The creature's head and mouth contort violently, its eyes bulge and shift, and its tongue and internal organs writhe and extend outwards in a chaotic, gory display.
