Go to bed early

A person lies on a patterned couch in a dimly lit room, their hand resting on the fabric, as the camera moves erratically and then focuses on a computer monitor displaying a game menu. The scene is set in a living room with a couch, a table, and a computer setup, and the Russian text overlay translates to "when you're about to go to sleep earlier."
