Not salty

A man in a black shirt reacts with escalating intensity, starting with a tense, forward-leaning expression, then turning his head sharply to the side with a strained look, followed by wide-eyed shock, a close-up of a strained face, a scream, and finally a gesture with his arm as he leans back. The scene takes place indoors, with a plain wall, a door, and furniture visible in the background.
