A man in a fur coat stands behind a blue counter selling ceramic cat figurines, gesturing toward a customer in a winter coat and hat who holds a basket of balls, while the customer looks on with a surprised expression. The scene takes place outdoors in a snowy, urban setting with buildings in the background.
