Weird Fallout

A man in a red shirt appears in a small window in the top left corner, reacting with a neutral expression as the main view shows a first-person perspective of a character holding a rifle in a desolate, post-apocalyptic landscape with ruined buildings and trees under a hazy sky; the scene remains static with no movement or change in the environment or the man's expression.
