A man with blonde hair and glasses, wrapped in a black cloth, stands between a female nurse and a male doctor in a hospital hallway; the man looks around with a concerned expression as the camera focuses on him, then the scene cuts to a woman with blonde hair in a yellow shirt sitting at a table, smiling at the camera. The setting is a hospital corridor with a sign above reading "ПСИХИАТРИЧЕСКАЯ БОЛЬНИЦА №1" (Psychiatric Hospital No. 1).
