A man in a dark suit sits at a desk between a Russian flag and a red flag with an emblem, speaking and gesturing with his right hand, while a news ticker at the bottom of the screen displays Russian text and a logo in the top right corner. The scene cuts to a close-up of hands in a dark environment, manipulating a small, light-colored object that appears to be a piece of paper or a card.
