Roses 2

A vertical beam of rainbow-colored light with glowing symbols and sparkles rises between two anime characters in a dark, urban setting, then the scene cuts to a woman with short blonde hair standing on a city street at night. The light beam, adorned with floating magical symbols, pulses and expands upward between the two characters, who stand on a snowy street at night, before the scene abruptly changes to a close-up of the woman.
