Hung out for a bit

A blonde girl lies unconscious on a bed with a stained mattress, while two other girls kneel on the floor in a dimly lit room, one scrubbing the wooden floor with a brush and the other bowing her head in distress. The scene remains static throughout the loop, with no movement or change in the characters' positions.
