A wonderful dream

A man in a grey Harley-Davidson t-shirt stands with his eyes closed, then opens them and turns his head to the side, before the scene cuts to him lying in bed, initially asleep and then waking up. The setting changes from a room with a white door to a bedroom with a bed and curtains.
