Europe's future

A man in a Nazi officer's uniform stands behind a table covered with maps and potatoes, making exaggerated hand gestures and facial expressions, then leans forward, grabs a potato, and eats it, before throwing the map and potatoes into the air. The scene takes place in a large, ornate room with high ceilings, chandeliers, and red carpeting.
