Three frog-like surgeons in blue scrubs perform surgery on a patient under a bright operating light in a dark room. The camera zooms in on the patient's internal organs, where a small blue figure is removed, then the surgeons look down in shock as the figure, now revealed to be a frog, crawls out of the patient's body.
