THE OLDER MAN

A female waiter in a white shirt and black apron carries a tray with cups, but the tray slips and shatters on a wooden floor, sending fragments flying. The scene cuts to a man in a striped vest standing behind a counter, then to a close-up of the broken tray on the floor, followed by a distorted, colorful image of a man with white hair and a glass eye.
