FORWARD, INTO 2022

Two performers in full-body black costumes with exaggerated high heels and claw-like attachments walk across a wide, paved plaza. The performer on the left, with a white mask and long black extensions on their limbs, walks with a stiff, mechanical gait, while the performer on the right, wearing a black mask with horns, moves with a more fluid, predatory stride. They walk from left to right across the frame, their movements synchronized in a slow, deliberate performance. The setting is an open public space with trees, lampposts, and buildings in the background under a clear blue sky.
