A group of people in dark clothing run and wade through shallow water on a rocky shore, with some falling or being pushed into the water, while others lie motionless on the shore in the background. The scene shifts to a formal outdoor ceremony where uniformed individuals, including sailors and children, stand in formation, salute, and gather on a boat.
