who is Santa?

Russian text on a black screen, followed by a question about Santa Claus's nationality. It then cuts to an anime scene where a character with black hair and a blue shirt stands in a bedroom, watching as another character with white hair and a black jacket enters through a doorway, flanked by a flock of black birds. The scene briefly shifts to a red-tinted close-up of the white-haired character before ending with a final text overlay of "XAXAXAXAXAXA!!!!" on a black background.
