Parkour: the beginning

A person performs a backflip onto a foam pit, landing on their back among the foam blocks. A woman in a black tank top and patterned leggings repeatedly jumps onto and off a low concrete wall, then jumps onto a black box, while a man in a blue shirt watches and assists. The scene takes place in an indoor gym with blue flooring, white walls, and various training equipment.
