To the birthday boy

A bald man in a blue shirt speaks and smiles while looking off-camera, then the scene cuts to two men sitting at a table with a cake, one of whom is smiling, before cutting back to the first man smiling. The setting appears to be an indoor room with a door and a framed picture in the background.
