rain man

A man in an orange safety vest holds a fire hose, spraying a powerful stream of water forward, while a group of men stand behind him on a set of stone steps, observing the action in an outdoor setting. The scene then cuts to a woman in a wet pink dress, her hair matted and face contorted in distress as she is drenched by a powerful spray of water, her hand gripping a brick wall.
