A person in a red plaid shirt and black beanie uses a trowel to smooth a wet concrete surface, while another person holds a yellow lighter near the concrete, causing a small flame to briefly appear on the surface before the person continues smoothing. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day, with the concrete slab bordered by dirt and grass.
