Two men in white shirts and black shorts perform a synchronized physical challenge on a wooden gymnasium floor, stepping onto and off of gray blocks in a rhythmic sequence while a group of men in athletic wear watches and claps. The men move in unison, stepping onto the blocks, then stepping off and back onto them in a continuous loop, with one man occasionally bending low to pick up a block.
