What's happening

An older man with white hair and glasses sits in a chair, looking out a large window at a snowy landscape, then turns his head to the side and speaks. The scene cuts to a yellow construction vehicle driving on a wet street, then to a city street with traffic and a large plume of black smoke rising in the distance, followed by a man with a mustache driving a decorated truck with stuffed animals on the dashboard.
