Wanted to, but....

A woman in a bright green top and black skirt stands on a mall balcony, applying lipstick, then turns to interact with another woman, who leans in close, before the first woman turns to face the camera and adjusts her collar. The scene takes place in a multi-level shopping mall with visible storefronts and holiday decorations.
