“White fever”

A man in a tattered shirt struggles violently in a cluttered, dimly lit room, being restrained and attacked by several men in white coats and caps. He is thrown to the floor, grabbed by the arms, and repeatedly struck with a chair while the men in white attempt to subdue him.
