totally blue

A bald man in a blue, textured suit gestures with his hands while standing in an icy, blue-lit environment. The scene cuts to a group of people in white, icy uniforms sitting at a table, then to a close-up of a white polar bear head moving slightly, followed by a woman with a white, feathery headdress and a blue, icy outfit smiling and holding a chain. The setting is a cold, icy environment with ice formations and blue lighting.
