A man with a mustache resembling Adolf Hitler sits up in bed, looking forward with a neutral expression, as two individuals in white uniforms and caps move into the frame and begin to attend to him, adjusting his position on the bed. The scene takes place in a dimly lit bedroom with a wooden headboard and patterned wallpaper.
