drop and give me push-ups

A man in a gym performs a jumping jack exercise on a blue mat, starting from a low push-up position, jumping his feet out and in while raising his arms, then stepping off the mat and bending to pick up a red water bottle. The setting is a brightly lit gym with various exercise equipment in the background.
