A person in a light-colored uniform and hat is operating a vehicle, gripping a large wheel, and then falls backward onto the floor, sliding down the side of the vehicle's interior. The scene takes place inside a moving vehicle with a large window showing green foliage outside. The video then cuts to a man in a checkered shirt reacting with surprise and covering his mouth.
