Short and clear

A man in a dark suit and patterned tie stands against a blue and white backdrop, repeatedly gesturing with his right hand by raising it with an open palm, then pointing forward with his index finger, and finally making a sweeping motion with his hand, all while speaking. The setting is a television studio, indicated by the "РОССИЯ 1 ПРЯМОЙ ЭФИР" logo in the upper right corner.
