Everyone smokes

A young girl in a pink shirt sits on a couch, smiling and looking toward a woman with blonde hair who is holding a white bottle emitting a large cloud of white smoke. The woman, wearing a pink and green top, pours a liquid into the bottle, causing the smoke to erupt, and then hands the bottle to a boy in a black t-shirt who reacts with surprise. The scene takes place in a brightly lit room with a striped wall and a large yellow stuffed animal in the background.
