Little apple

A first-person view in a forested game environment shows a character holding a pickaxe, with a large apple, then a pear, and finally a cartoon character's face appearing in the center of the screen, each accompanied by Russian text that forms a joke about the fruit. The character moves forward through the trees, with the game's user interface visible around the edges.
