happy critter

A man in a white button-down shirt stands on a balcony during a heavy rainstorm, raising his arms in a celebratory gesture as rain falls heavily around him. He begins with his arms at his sides, then raises them into a triumphant pose, holding them outstretched with clenched fists as he looks toward the camera. The background shows a residential area with trees and houses visible through the rain.
