A person in jeans and a grey sweatshirt stands beside a blue and silver scooter on a dirt and gravel surface, repeatedly pulling a starter cord attached to the engine. The person's hand and arm are visible as they grip the cord and pull, attempting to start the scooter, which remains stationary throughout the loop.
