A man in a dark suit sits at a desk in an office, facing away from the camera, while a second man in a light-colored shirt appears to be crawling on the wall above him, making hand gestures. The scene is viewed from a tilted angle, with the man on the wall moving slightly across the frame before the view returns to the man at the desk.
