Dead USA

A man in a dark suit with an American flag patch on his sleeve stands and speaks with a woman in a blue jacket with a European Union flag patch, while a man in a light-colored suit with a Ukrainian flag patch on his lapel stands between them; the scene shifts to the man in the dark suit and the woman in the blue jacket standing on a grassy field, where the man looks down and then up at the woman as they continue their conversation.
