Three young men are in a room, with one in the foreground holding a camera and looking at the lens, while a second man in the middle repeatedly opens his mouth wide in a screaming expression and holds a pair of scissors, and a third man is visible in the background. The man in the middle moves his hands and head, and the man in the foreground shifts his position slightly, all within a close-up, handheld shot.
