Young children in hockey uniforms play on an ice rink, skating and handling hockey sticks, with one player in a red jersey moving toward the goal while others position themselves around the ice. The scene then cuts to two men in an office, one in a police uniform and the other in a grey t-shirt, standing and talking, with the man in the uniform smiling and speaking while the other listens.
