A lowrider car performs a controlled hydraulic bounce, lifting its front end high into the air on a city street at night, with onlookers gathered around. The scene shifts to a group of men dancing on a street, followed by a close-up of a man in a tank top, then shows the lowrider from the rear as it lowers, and finally focuses on the front of a different lowrider with bright headlights.
