A man in a blue and red costume with a star-spangled back stands before a crowd, his eyes glowing red as he emits a powerful red laser beam that cuts through the gathering. The scene shifts from a close-up of his face to a wide aerial view showing the beam striking the crowd, then returns to a side profile of him smiling as he continues to fire the beam.
