Let's synchronize our watches

A man in a military uniform stands beside a police car, looking down and then up with a serious expression, while a man in sunglasses and a suit sits in a car with another man in the back seat, smiling at the camera. The scene alternates between the man in uniform and the two men in the car, set in a parking area with a police vehicle visible.
