Hi-ho

A man with a blue head covering and a green shirt stands at a microphone on a stage, speaking and gesturing with his right hand while holding a red book in his left, against a large screen displaying a white flag with red crosses; the scene is a split-screen showing the speaker on the right and a large crowd of people holding flags and signs on the left, with the crowd shot changing slightly over time.
