What's going on

A green frog puppet in a hat and bow tie plays an accordion while a smaller, brown puppet with large eyes stands beside it, both moving slightly against a plain background. The frog puppet's head tilts and its mouth opens and closes as if singing, while the smaller puppet remains mostly still.
